anyone read thacker’s ‘after life’

I’m wondering if anyone’s read Eugene Thacker’s After Life. I’m almost tempted to buy the book because I can’t seem to find a library with it in our interlibrary loan network. Any thoughts on it?

Hi Tom – Thanks for your post on my process-relational piece. We do seem to have many interests in common. And I’ve also been wanting to read Thacker’s book – which could make for a good reading group at some point…

    Cheers, Adrian

Yes, I suspect that you’re quite a bit ahead of me on the process/nature/environment project, as my interest in those fields have come by way of a detour through phenomenology. In any case, I hope to have some contribution to make to the discussion. As for Thacker, I broke down and bought the book yesterday because it just wasn’t appearing at the library and I just have to read it. I think the cover has mesmerized me. It certainly could work for a reading group.

    Until later…
