Leiter calls attention to what appears to be an exploitative publishing endeavor at Springer. Find out about it HERE. It seems to me that this is just a pay-to-publish scam which preys on vulnerable academics and gives open access a bad name. Open access should be open at both ends, I think, open reading and open/free publishing (to the extent possible).
